What’s in my CSA box?

Watch this week’s episode to dig into my CSA box with me!

CSA stands for community supported agriculture.
The way it works is as follows:

  1. You pay for the season up front (in some CSAs you can jump in the middle of the season, but you will still need to pay up front till the end)
  2. You pick up a box of farm-fresh veggies weekly. Some CSAs also include fresh eggs, milk or even meat

It ends up being cheaper than buying quality vegetables in store and of course you have produce that is much more fresh than the stuff that traveled half the globe to get to you. Plus you end up eating like our predecessors – what’s now in season! Which is incredible to prevent food sensitivities, because you don’t keep eating same food every day for months.
