As holidays are just around the corner (and that means lots of overeating at the family dinners) many are tempted to eat the hot bread at the table or those war and wonderful garlic rolls that your mom baked. But, guess what? I got your covered! These garlic rolls are very very yummy, but have no grains in them whatsoever, so you will be satisfied without feeling all the side effects of eating gluten!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 6-8 cloves of garlic, peeled and smashed

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350F
  2. In a small pot combine water, olive oil and salt and bring to boil
  3. Take off the heat and add garlic, then tapioca flour, mix thoroughly
  4. Add rosemary and eggs, then mix in coconut flour (I wait until it cools a bit and end up using my hands for this part)
  5. Prepare baking sheet and cover it with baking paper
  6. Pinch pieces of the dough as big as 1/3-1/2 of  the size of your palm, roll them into bread rolls and arrange on the baking sheet
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until they start to become golden on top
  8. Enjoy!
